Moving with Purpose
Lisa Traugott began her own transformation at age 38. She went from borderline obese to becoming an International 1st place winner in the Sports Model Musclemania competition, in Costa Rica. She has placed first in several other competitions including INBA Urban Physique Naturals and Texas State Naturals – Bikini Masters division and won medals in the Poseidon Classic – Bikini Masters, Fitness Universe – Bikini Masters and the Texas Shredder Classic – Bikini Masters. Lisa received her certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has been dedicating her time to helping others turn their lives around. She has been seen on several television shows and featured in multiple magazines, both print and online, and is a regular columnist for Bowflex.
